Dear sir,
I recharged my Sim with a value of Rs.33 for which i should have got 15000 sms balance. But i only got 3000. I tried contacting customer care for more than 20 times. I even get charged 50 paise every time for calling them but they didnt bother to attend my call.
I would like you to resolve my problem.
