After complaining more times to the customer cares, they are in habbit that reducing the amount from the main blance

I am a prepaid customer of the Airtel of the Orissa Location.

My problem is that I am recharging to my account. After a regular interval (5 to 6 days interval) they are reducing my balance. I already complained three times after complain they simply revert that amount to my account. But I wnats to know why they are doing so many times with me...
