Dear All,

Pl refer my relationship account No. 104-100015332 GSM # 9849029691.

What happening in AIRTEL company, I do not understand? I have opted "Airtel 149 Plan - AP", But, your people are charging 100 rupees more every month in my month bill, so, many times reminded to your local office, even though, every month charged Rs.100/- as 249 plan, why this happend in your compnay, are you cheating your customers? I need your clarficaton and revert back the money whatever you have charged against my account for the same.

I hope this query will resolved on top priority & pl check the bills for latest 18 months bills and update my account accordingly.
