Dear Sirs,
I have been charged Rs.299 for the renewal of the monthly Blackberry plan. which i have now been using for one year.
One day before the renewal date, i sent a De-Activation request by SMS to 121 (airtel).
But next day i noticed that i have been first charged Rs.299 for the new month, and few minutes later the BB plan was de-activated.
I have been complaining them, but i find it very difficult to reach the right person who really has the powers to correct the problem.
All the customer care executives will feed you with same excuses and scripted messages, which in real have no solutions for you.
I hope airtel will solve my problem urgently, as i have to travel and my BB is not working!!
