My land line cum broad band services are dead for the last 11 days... Repeated complaints and abuses also does not seem to work with this company. My land line and internet connections are down and till date they have just ignored and done nothing about it to sort the problem. In today's world communication and networking is the life line for most urban people and lackadaisical approach in solving customers grievance is unacceptable. I have decided to do away with Airtel services as I am so disillusioned by their services.
