Hi Admin,
After submitting several requests to Airtel (customer care, nodal officers) for deactivating my airtel PC secure from last 1 year.
Every month i call them up to remove the billing of this antivirus from my broad band bill, they remove and still next month its get added into my account. I have written 100 emails to them asking to deactivate it permanently but they are unable to do so.
I am very much frustrated from this process and requesting you to please look into this.
