I called in 9 times between 10 PM to 11 PM on 01/02 regarding a problem that i have been facing since 12 December but your customer care executives kept on disconnecting the calls and i was not given any solution.

I have been calling since 12th December because i want to terminate my landline number as i am relocated to another city.

After the first call on 12th December i was promised that my landline connection will be terminated within 3 days. I called after 3 days to check the status. But it was not terminated, I asked about the reason and i was not given any reason and was promised that the landline number will be terminated within next 2 days. I called again and was told that a new plan has been activated on my number, which i was completely unaware of. I told them to terminate the connection and was again promised that it will happen soon. Mid January i recieved a call from your Executive that he is terminating my connection and will also send me a confirmation mail. But he didn't send me any mail and i received another bill on 24th January. I called again and was promised that i will get a positive reply on 29th January by 3:30 PM. But nobody called. I also told them specifically every time to call me back on my cell number (9466026977) as i am not living in gurgaon. On 29th I talked with Mr Parmender (Supervisor) and he promised that he will personally take care of this issue and will get it resolved by 30th January. But noone called back and my account online status still shows it to be active. Today i called and my call was transferred to Mr Parmender 8 times. He didn't pick the call even once.

Every time i call you people have excuses that the system is down or whatever. I don't understand what you people want.

Atleast one thing is certain, that you don't want to provide solution to your customers. I am deeply disappointed with the level of your services.

I have emailed you many a times but for the last few emails i haven't received any reply.

Till date i have been given with these complaint number

I don't understand why are you people not terminating my landline connection.
