I was a user of airtel broadband phone, in 2009 sept because of technical problem
from company it was dead for two month while I had given complain
to senior 121 also, In nov.after persunation from DELHI, People came and change
POLE, after that I ask for waiver of unuses amnt, they commit me to give.
I had given so many reminders, no one was turn up, finally fadeup with services I informed him to disconection.
All of sudden they wake up & came to me from retantion dept.given letter of full and
final sattelment letter & taken amont of 1150 reg. Uses amnt and assured me to reconnect my Net with in 48 hrs.this happens in last JAN 11.
my unused bill was OCT, NOV, DEC, 10 it was waive off, finally paymnt was 1150.
Right from that day I have called him, called 121, Mailed to [email protected], and many
responsible person, 121 told me to send scanned copy of letter, I done same, but it very surprising for me that no one in this organisation is responsible to resume my services.
How they announce that we r valuable custmer for him.
What is the use of retantion dept.?
After 18 days gone still my PHONE is dead.
today a lady from 121 has told me that you have to pay res ammount too.
why I will Pay waiver ammount? while I have got Full & final sattelment letter.
Any responsible person from AIRTEL who is reading my problem, kindly solve this problem to retain custmer.
