Eversince I have put up my Airtel Braodband I have been facing probles with it. First the wifi box was faulty with the gadgets in my house not being able to connect to it... had to switch it on and off several times till the connection was made. This happened for 5 months. Then the box was finally changed. The new box tough connected to the gadgets used to break its connection with the internet every couple of hours badly effecting my games online. The service provider's agent came and visited my home on 11th May and said that there was a problem in the line in the area and would take 2 days to settle. AHe fiddled my settings too. After he went my connection with the internet started breaking every 10-15 minutes. I have been complaining daily but no action is being taken.
Yeaterday (16th June) my landline stopped working too. There is no ringtone and neither can I dial a no#. I was promised a person would come by 3 pm today, but NOTHING has happened. I do not have my landline to complain too now.
Airtel is a real frustrating Co. and it sucks!
I want my entire months bill reversed.
