I have a problem with the Airtel Broadband bill generation since Sep 2011.
DSL Usage have not been discounted for the last 3-4 months, for which respective adjustments are being done in the consecutive months.
Due to which, I have raised SR in the month of Sep But every month once the bill got generated, i am able to see the late fee and non-discounted DSL usage amount.
And also, i am getting calls from Customer Care (919629037863) to pay the o/s 388 which i am not clear how could it be possible without knowing the exact correct amount.
Please clarify on this.
