I have opted for Airtel Broadband connection - unlimited plan with monthly bill of Maximum Rs. 998/- including tax. From last one month, my monthly bill is increased by Rs. 100/- without my confirmation. I called the customer care on this and they have informed that base speed of Airtel is increased now and as per TRAI guidelines, they can increase the rental of any customer who stay on same plan for more than 6 months, based on market rate. I have heard that the same issue is faced by many of my friends having Airtel broadband connection.
I tried complaining through mail and received same explanation. Could you pls. help in this regard?
