Disconnection due to non-functioning

My Airtel Broadband has not been working for over 3 months now. Few attempts were made after numerous complaints. It would then work only for a few hours and then go "dead" again.

Out of sheer disgust, I sent a request for disconnection of my Broadband connection along with its associated Landline No 044-42112725. Request was given on Sept 13th and complaint No 3977028 was emailed to me. Further a cancellation No 4019450 was given to me stating everything would e completed within 7 days. Since I had written to the Nodal officer, I got a call 2 weeks ago and they said they will do it within 24 hours and also debit my monthly charges of Rs 551 for 3 months.

Nothing has happened so far as Airtel is extremely UNRESPONSIVE
