There was tower problem in our area (Kovundampalayam, coimbatore) for past 4 days. I have given complaint to the customer care for 3 times. i have send message about tower problem to 121. this is my fourth mail about complaints. so fare no action take. The worst customer care since. Business people lost their customers. So they opted for Other GSM/CDMA operators.
