Connection to other net wpok

My name is vasu I am having airtel mobile connection (9789777305) for past two years. for past 15 days i could not connect the following number 06760265608 a BSNL land line from any airtel moblie from tamil nadu. The only answer is this number is not in use. But I can receive calls from the above number and I can call the same number from any net work like aircell, reliance and others. I called customer call centre many times. But waste. same problem exists. Becasue of this complaint they done something that i cannot able to call customer call centre.
