I am airtel prepaid customer. last 4 months before i converted my prepaid no to airtel poast paid. After that m receiving 2 Bills every month. i called the customer care and they said by mistake two accounts are there for your no in our server. give us 2 hours time we ll delete that account. but last 4 months m receiving 2 bills and daily airtel executes calling me and asking me pay the duplicate accounts payment. everyday i am spending 30 min for them to explain about duplicate account details. very next day another one ll call and ask the payments for duplicate account. after my explanation they ll say give us 2 hours time we ll delete that account. finally they disconnect outgoing when my balance is 0.

then i ask them to convert my card to prepaid. they also done the same. after 2 days my sim registration has been failed. now they are telling your is permanently deleted but we don't know the reason. Nice service.. Airtel rocks..
