To stop ECS Facility immediately

Dear sir,

i am an Aritel consumer Usha Mathur and i am holding three Airtel numbers i.e.09829336364, 09929511102 and 09928906364 in CUG CORP 2005 Plan-Rj.

Previously i requested for ECS facility but later requested to stop the facility because i faced lots of inconvenience by Airtel. I called on 121 and 198 services and also sent a written application to stop ECS facility to Airtel.

Inspite of all my efforts company at one end getting payment by cheque and on the other end continuing ECS facility for the same bill.

As a result i am paying lots of bounce charge each time without any reason. i am also paying late fee charges also.

I request you to stop ECS Facility immediately.

Please respond me as earlier as possible

I a responsible customer and have a long relationship with this company. So i hope this time you will not let me down.
