NONREPAYMENT OF BALANCE AFTER CLOSURE OF POSTPAID ACT

I was having one post paid mobile connection bearing number 98661 03551 with airtel. On the 10th June I have approached one of the centres situated at Hyderabad viz. RED WING ASSOCIATES, Hyderabad [tele Nos.040-6610 2475] and submitted my application requesting them to cancel my connection and refund the credit balance held thereagainst. I have followed up with the above said franchisee firm BUT in vain. It is almost completing 6 months and there is no communication from the above said firm or AIRTEL authorities. In this connection i have already spoken one of their customer service executives at the above firm by name SRI DEVI during the material period and also sent a reminder to airtel office i.e. to [email protected]. There is no response at all and the matter is in cold storage.
