Not informed about SMS chages for 31st Dec and 1st Jan

Airtel is fooling consumers. Without informing the costomers they are charging whole lot of money for the SMS on 31st DEC and 1st Jan.

I didnt recieved any SMS or call from airtel regarding SMS chages for new ye eve. On calling to customer care I came to know they are not going to charge discounted rates for these 2 days and chages will be regular charges.

This way Airtel is fooling the customers.

Can anybody help me plzzzzzzzzzz
