UNNECESSARY CHARGES

MY MOBILE NO. 09571245121.

AS ON 10TH SEP'2009 I HAVE USED MY PREPAID SERVICE, THE BALANCE AT THAT TIME WAS RS.240/-. AFTER THAT I HAVE NOT USED IT FOR 4 MONTH'S. WHEN I STARTED MY MOBILE ONCE AGAIN ON 02.01. BETWEEN THIS PERIOD THERE WAS NO OUTGOING & INCOMING CALLS, SO THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY DEDUCTION IN MY BALANCE.

BUT I WAS SHOCKED, WHEN I SAW MY BALANCE HAS REDUCED TO RUPEES 125.20.

THIS IS A FRAUD, BECAUSE WHEN I CHECKED MY OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS, I FOUND THAT A CALLER TUNE HAS BEEN SUBSCRUIBED. THIS SERVICE IS NOT ON MY PERMISSION AND I HAVE NOT SUBSCRUIBED IT.

WILL ANY ONE ANSWER... SO I HAVE SUBMITED THIS COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COMPLAIN. I HOPE I WILL GET COMPENSATION ON THIS FRAUD.
