Without prior imtimation service is barred within 5 days from date it is activated

Res Sir,

I have recharged my Airtel A/c (3919096305074) with Rs67 in order to avail 15000 free national SMS for a month on 05-01.

Without prior intimation they have barred my this service on 10.01.2010. so since i have sent nearly 50 SMS on that day there has been deduction of Rs50 on my A/c.

So now i want the service provider to Start my SMS service again for month and credit Rs50 on my mobile A/C.

I have tried many times to connect to customer care executive ..but they are not coming in my reach..

Now i think it is difficult to speak to Customer care Executive of Airtel.
