I have a land line alongwith broadband connection of Airtel 01147580978
for which I made a payment of Rs 810 on 14th Dec much before the due
date. On receiving the information from the air tel that they have not
received the payment I provided the full details. The payment was made on
line and the same was informed telephonically to the concerned person. I
kept on receiving calls regarding non payment of dues then i registerd
my complaint on 121 also and gave the full details. The complaint number
given was 27813612. On 28.12.09 I received a sms also on my mobile
that my problem with Air tel has been resolved and the ref no. was given
as 27813612. But iam aghast at the callous attitude of air tel that this
payment has been shown as outstanding in the current bill plus my outgoing
facilty has been barred. Can u help me whom to approach and how to solve
this or the consumer court is th e only way left. DIVYA SWAROOPA model
