I dont know whats going on at Airtel. I had given written request for broadband disconnection at Airtel noida office on 7th Mar (3 months back), but they never disconnect my number.
Every time i requested and remind them, they changed my request from disconnection to transfer case. I am getting bills in thousands without using connection. I thinks nobody is able to hear in Airtel.
Customer Care in Airtel is hell as they every time just listen to you then never follow till ur next call, on ext call they will give u a reference number, this time i have 5 reference number, but still waiting for disconnection.
