HAS STOP MY INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS FROM LAST 4 DAYS

I am Ganesh malu, from Shendurni, Jalgaon, I possese the Airtel number 9096531503. I am using airtel sim from last 2 weeks but in 2 weeks Airtel company had stoped my outgoing calls many times. When I ask for that, they are told me submit your documents. Already I have submitted it 3 times. I got many loss from this. When I ask for service to cust.care he told me "i cant help you". If cust.care cant help us then what can we do, where we should go. I request him to activate for 5 min., I have a very Important call, but he say sorry and disconnected the call.
