Subject: Customer Care Agent Changing My A/C Settings.

Hi,
This is regarding my latest interaction with Airtel Customer care.
Well I called in to report a issue, my balance was deducted and the reason was some audio movies service was renewed.
The first guy that I talked with said that the service was activated and now nothing can be done.(A straight away NO)
I asked him his supervisor the call got disconnected, I assume the customer care representative disconnected my call
So I called in again had a word with prashant, I asked for his manager because I wanted this issue to be resolved and also to complain against the previous agent.
The guy said that at this point of time you can not talk with any supervisor because they are not on floor around this time.(every day)
The attitude and the treatment received from your so called customer support made me more angry, then finally the guy put me on hold and tried to transfered me but this time also the call got disconnected.
Now I was really mad I called in again had a word with Vinayak who was able to to open up a request for me regarding the 60 Rs that i have been charged (without activating any services) and also gave me a time frame for the resolution, I asked him to get me a supervisor so that I can complain about the last two agents and he was able to that as well.
So my first concern:- Why the first agent said to me that nothing could be done now and why was the second agent not able to transfer the call to any supervisor
Now Vinayak transferred me to Lal Bahadur Pardesia some one from escalation team or escalation manager not sure.
This guy was the rudest person i ever talked on phone, firstly he insisted that the call could not have gotten disconnected from our end that you guys have no such option.. OK sound a bit hard to believe after what i have been gone through, so i asked him so what the issue then is it your NETWORK, the guy then started blaming me saying that i don't know how to use a phone and also gave me some moral lectures, the guy had no etiquette on how to speak over the phone and defiantly not on how to talk with a customer.
After a heated argument with Lal Bahadur Pardesia i hang up, then i got another message from Airtel (5432105) saying that my free trial to some Matrimony on Mobile ends today and from now onwards i will be charged 10 Rs for 10 days.
I m trying to deactivate this service by sending a sms (STOP) to 54321 but I am not getting any reply.
I am 100 % sure that Lal Bahadur Pardesia has done something to my account after the argument.
And the best part is that this was the Airtel complatin department (198)
I have been a Airtel customer for more then 4 years and this is how i m treated, now just because of Mr. Lal Bahadur Pardesia i can not wait to change my network provider, and make sure that non of my friend and family member would use Airtel ever again.
I would like you people to look in to this matter and provide me with a resolution as soon as possible
I am not going to pay anything for the services that i have not used and I want my money refunded
And also I would like you to take a strict action against Lal Bahadur Pardesia and i need a confirmation about that.
