My Airtel prepaid mobile no. is 9932509897. Today all of a sudden I received a sms stating that my hello tune is changed. BUT I HAVE NEVER ACTIVATED IT. I NEVER AVAILED THIS SERVICE. Respective amount has deducted as well. I received no proper explanation from customer care and my call was disconneted as well. I wish to deactivate this service immediately.
