Plan change without any intimation & refusing to restore

Sir I { Manajit Kalaskar } have been using your mobile service from last four years.{ Mob. No.- 9960883530 }
I was using airtel Friends plan was happy with it then I requested retailer to recharge for call rate reduction (i.e. 40paisa local 60 paisa STD) but by mistake he recharged for Per second billing, because of this my friends plan got changed but it happened without any prior intimation.
Latter on I called customer care for resolving this issue but they told me that I can't restored my friends plan. Then I went to Airtel service center but all was waste.
This really pathetic service & customer care from airtel.
