I am the user for Airtel number 9892345675. I have converted the number to Life Time and due to unavoidable circumstances i could not use it for about 13 months. Now when i approached Airtel, they say this number is been blocked and cannot be reactivated.
I need this number as i was not informed before hand by any letter or email or call to my alternate number.
