Poor customer care/Address mismatching

Hi,

I am basically from Kerala and working in Coimbatore, TamilNadu. I took an airtel connection here giving the kerala address. I got a message after some one month that documents are not recieved and outgoing connection was cut. i went to the shop and told about this.By evening the connection was restored.

Now some issues with Airtel. I selected a song as my dialer tone, in 2 days it was automatically restored to one airtel tone. Using messaging option i selected another song, but some other song was set as my dialer tone.(so in total 30 Rs simply gone) i called the customercare, but executive said its my fault I have selected that song only and nothing can be done. I went to airtel office, again i was said to speak to an executive over phone. I explained my issue. He asked for my address, I told him the same address i gave as address proof. but he said its mismatching so nothing can be done.

I doubt my address is used to give number to someone else, and Iam given number in some other person's address. What can be done in this case. Please let me know at the earliest.
