Recently since one year airtel has been deducting my balance on fake charges. When i called customer care they either say that i had downloaded some game from gclub.in of airtel live (which i had never downloaded) or that i had activated some service from airtel (which i had never activated). Each time they either cut 15, 30, 40 or 50 Rs balance on those charges. The Customer executive also refuses to refund my balance. My entire family uses airtel and everyone has the same complain. When i asked my friends who use airtel they say that even they had faced similar problems and were fedup of such kind of behaviour of airtel. If such behaviour of airtel continues, then there would be no option left for us other than dumping airtel. I request airtel to stop such kind of mess of our money.
