DSL User charges - Deactivation

Dear Airtel Team,

I have made several requests/complaints to deactivate DSL Usage Charges (Gaming Calls) since Feb. My initial complaint was to deactivate and deduct the last 3 months usage charges and the issue was rectified and I was promised to deactivate the charges. But from last 3 months I am getting the bill statement along with this charge Rs. 99/- and every month I am calling customer care to adjust this amount. But this service was never get deactivated. Please can you look into this issue urgently and get rid of this issue in my bill statement. Though this adjustment was made on my bill every month, I was still paying the tax for the same from past 8 months.
