We have Airtel landline and broadband connection at home. We raised request for change of plan on 2nd may and then followed up with Airtel to see this happening. But they no one bothered to take any action, despite of their promise of calling us to follow up, there were no calls. We raised complain regarding this, but no action was taken. Just today got to know that complain was closed without discussing us. They never sent any emails and they are now claiming they sent a email informing of changes. This is such a lousy customer service. Concerned floor manager told us, he he not able to search mails which we sent, and just today he was searching for our emails. They are such lousy liars and he again promised to get a call back tomorrow, but i am sure no one will call me. I have decided to escalate this further.
