Do Not Disturb Service not activated

I have registered Airtel DND - Do Not Disturb Service on 30th May and my registration number is I1018289066. I was told that it will be activated within 45days. First question is why should they keep disturbing for 45days by their advertising recorded phone calls and service and Airtel Blog SMSes?

I co-operated and waited till 45 days, but they didnt stop calling me twice or thrice a day for their advertising and 4-5 smses. I finally called up Customer Service Executive, which charges 50paise for 3mins, it has to be free of cost. They told my AirTel DND service has been activated since 14th July. But still they will take my complaint. After this also the advertising calls and smses didn't stop. Finally I talked to Sachin, a Customer Care Executive from Airtel on24th July at 12:22PM, this call costs me 2Rs, means I talkd with him for 4mins. He told that it will stop from next day. But it didnt stop.

I have recieved following advertising calles from AirTel:-

I recieved an SMS From AZ-Service, on 29th July at 2:23 PM, saying We have resolved your complaint number 718125165. But it has not been resoled and I a getting regular advertising calls from AirTel. I recieve regular calls from 91-9892108375, twice or thrice a day, minimutwice they call me. I am fedup of this AIRTEL service.

This type of advertising calls and smses sucks a lot I dont have time to entertain such calls. I am Research Fellow at IIT Bombay, and I have lots of unkown people calling me, so many times when I recieve a call is an AIRTEL's advertise. And to write such a big complaints has taken lot of time from my schedule unnecessarily. Also every time I call Customer Care Executive, they waste my time by asking irrelevant questions like what was the subject of SMS or what advertisement that call had. I reject the call soon i hear a recorded voice, I dont have time to listen to your topic of FUCKING ADVERTISEMENT. ALSO THEY ASK WHO CALLED YOU WHICH NUMBER, WHAT NUMBER YOU GOT SMS? IDEOTS CANT YOU SEE THE RECORDS ON YOUR COMPUTER, WHEN I SAY MY NUMBER?? WHY WASTING MY TIME??

I DONT KNOW WETHER MY EFFORTS IN THIS WEBSITE WILL SERVE MY PURPOSE AND STOP THIS CALLS. BUT AIRTEL SERVICES SUCKS A LOT AND THEY ARE MORE ADVERTISEMENT ORIENTED THAN SERVING THE PURPOSE OF COMMUNICATION.

AT LAST I WILL THROW AWAY AIRTEL CARD AND STOP USING THEIR SERVICES. I DONT GIVE DAMN TO SUCH SERVICES PROVIDER.
