Fake to increase sales

I was sold a plan with free voice value of Rs. XX and the same was confirmed by customer care on installation. In my monthly bill, voice charges are discount for only 50% of Rs XX (50% of what was committed).

I complained to customer care, and later got a call back from a senior person, who tried to convince by saying the plan was changed and the sales person was not aware and call canter team was confused. So what was my question to which he the rely was "we cannot do any thing".

If this continues, it is going to be very difficult for Airtel in Indian market and a shame on Indian company when they go and do this abroad.
