Deduction of 25 rupees of hello tune

I have subscribed a hello tune (When i look at u) but Airtel has also charged me for another hello tune (Flipsyde) which is not subscribed by me. I have register a complaint on customer care on 13 August at 04:41p.m.but no response will come from them. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY 25 RUPEES
