Airtel Fraud on Value Added Services

Hello,

Recently I noticed that I was being deducted small amounts of money from my Airtel mobile prepaid account without me making any calls or sending SMS. I called Cust. care. They said a certain pack was active. I was not even aware what the pack was about so asked her to deactivate it. She said she'd do so, but didn't.

I lost money the next day too and called the customer care again. This time I met with a very rude representative who kept repeating the same thing over and over again. He did not trust me when I said I did not activate the service and declined to show any empathy. I had no option but to add my mobile number to the DND.

I'm even considering disconnecting the Airtel connection. If I continue to face such problems, I will certainly take it to the consumer court.
