Activate the out going service of prepaid connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I anuj kumar gupta, am using the airtel prepaid connection 9634838870 which i have purchased on 13 august from haridwar. This connection I have purchased for my father. and I have submitted the whole documents regarding this connection.but now today the out going service has been blocked. I am facing so many problems due to this reason.kindly activate my outgoing service as soon as possible.
