Hello,

Myself Ajit Nayak, I am using AirTel Sim since last 4 years, My Contact No: 9998559163. Before some days I trying to contact your customer care executive due to internet connection failed, When I tried to call 121 and your customer care executive pick up phone and does not respond anything else and the balance deduct from my account.

Why such things going on? If you can't provide us proper services, so why you charge 50paisa/3min (for 121 call). And another thing your custormer care executive are all inefficiency, they can't give us any solution.

if you are charging money for customer care (121), then you should take experience one who can handle the customers and behave like a man. I don't want to give you money Unnecessarily.

Please try to solve such problems as soon as possible.
