Unable to make outgoing calls

Dear sir,

MY mobile number is 9849151569 and my name is raghunath past from two days from air tel Sim out going calls are unable to make when iam dialing disconnect are tis is not valid repeatedly its going on past from two days even call is not connecting to customer care also please rectify my problem as soon as possible, even i expect what problem iam phasing clear with in a couple of hours.
