Disconnection of my Prepaid connection

Services to my Mb. No. 9871870563 connectivity have been cut without any intimation/phonecall/SMS by the Airtel Ltd. This would be the third time since I have been asked by the customer care personal of the Airtel Ltd. to deposit my documentary proofs, every time without any acknowledgment rendered to me by them telling that it is necessary as it is a condition laid by "Government of INDIA" and also lying to me that the customer care personals had once talked to me and I provided them with wrong details.

It is beyond my understanding that how could services to my same mobile number be continued for more than 5 years and all of a sudden my documents get mismatched.

It seems the customer care personal do not make calls and simply pass on wrong feedback to the service center harassing people. A similar complaint can be viewed at the same site where a customer is feeling cheated.
