Dear Customer Service,
This is NEW COMPLAINT and you are receiving similar complaints because I have
been having SIMILAR problems EVERYDAY. This excess deduction by you is
daylight robbery and theft and a scam that is being perpetrated on unsuspecting
customers. This has been happening regularly over the past two weeks -ever
since I came across this robbery - and I intend to take this matter to TRAI in
the near future if you do not stop this nonsense immediately.
This is an entirely new complaint for an excess deduction which happened this
morning (28th September) and therefore I demand an explanation for this
EXCESS deduction
