I am having an Airtel postpaid mobile connection. Last month (Sept/2k10) i got the bill of Rs. 518 and as i checked the whole bill summary i come to know that they have charged me approx. Rs. 320 of some internet usage wheareas i didn't ever open internet on my this connection even this service is not supported in the phone that i am using. And when i complaint this to the Airtel office they just simply told me that this is not possible you might have done it. But i am pretty sure that i have not send any messages on yahoo messenger (as per their bill) and i have never used internet on my this connetion.
