I never knew untill recent past that Airtel's network coverage is like sulabh sauchalay. That is you pay when you use it and if you find it in time when you are in urgency. the network was fluctuating from December last year and i have given complaints in DEC last year and feb this year and since i have been following till September. The service went dead in may june july it was jut out knocked out cold. When i asked they said technical problem and will be sorted in 90 days on 11th feb and this is in october vexed with the services i said lemme forfeit the number as these days i purchased IDEA and i wonder why they are leading in post paid customers and now i know.
You will be forced to pay late payment fee if your bill is late and the shit which works in the cheap rated call centers for supports are trained to say isnt it your responsibility to pay it in time. They have been trained only to fart these 2 -3 words. I have full length conversation with their support and their nodal officers and their so called south head with names also. I have all evidences of their approach to this problem and there is no solution yet. There is no convincing solution here and your money is been ripped for this shit quality and these guys are buying networks else where. Guys the power definetly lies which you to make some one and or break some one. Till you encounter you never know where lies the problem. Now once known it is a phenomenon every one can get effected.
these call drops are due to the networks incompetence you should know you are loosing 2-3 calls of money in these events when you try and call back.
In extension to this i will try and upload all the evidences to youtube soon and blog em on all the available social networking sites so people might know the suffering in INDIA might not optin for a new connection and in africa may be can choose a right provider with proper QOS other than AIRTEL.
