I, Mohammed Ahmed Hussain, Cell Phone # 9676619389, Service Provider-AIRTEL, has lost my SIM Card on 10th of October, 2010 hence I called Customer Care to block my SIM card and they did and on 11th of October, 2010 I took new SIM card (HL-4) at 16:00 Hrs. from Airtel Office, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The SIM got activated after 3 hrs i.e. around 19:00 Hrs. And I got my Balance which I was having when I lost the SIM, but till now I'm unable to make any outgoing calls and also not able to send any text Message. I called Customer Care 7 times till now and everyone of the told that the outgoing service will be activated within 1 hour. Its been 22 Hrs but still I'm unable to make any out going call.
I spoke to the Documents office of Airtel and they said we are having all the documents of yours and the out going service will be activated with in 15 mins. Then even after 2 hrs I was not able to make any call. Hence I called customer service again and spoke to the supervisor and he said Sir definitely the service will be activated in 1 hours but still I'm unable to make any call. And this is really frustrating.
I want the problem to rectified very soon and want that serious action should be taken against the Customer Service of Airtel for not providing the satisfactory answers to my question and for this inconvenience.
