Failure of recharge even after deduction money from my account

Respected Sir:

Myself Madhu. G.R. have made a online recharge to my airtel number (8105354224) using my icici account. The money have been deducted and even i got sms about successful recharge, but my account is not been increased.

Airtel people are telling that we can't do online recharge, but still they kept that option and taken money from me. So kindly help me in geeting back my money
