Bill not sending from last 9 months

Hi..,

This is Gopajyosyula Satyanarayana I am using Airtel Mobile Connection from last two years, From the last 9 months I am not recieving bills, when ever i called the customer care on 121 & 198 they are saying that we will arrange the field visit to resolve the issue. Till date no person is visited. I want a proper solution and I need the complete rental waiver the above said period. If Airtel people can give me a letter stating the we cannot serve you bill at home i will be OK and monthly rental should be waived off..
