Not receiving incoming calls

Not able to receive INCOMING Calls from other airtel mobile phones. OUTGOING is working,

When others call me at AIRTEL mobile number 8968455403 they get message "INVALID NUMBER"

Please sort out this problem. I have launched complaints with both Delhi and Punjab Customer Care Centre.
