Deleteing of exisiting prepaid number (9890828304)

Hi,

My name is Shirish Sharma and i am having Airtel number 9890828304 from last 5 years. On 12th aug i went to USA for business trip and took my mobile with me. In USA they have 110 volt electric supply due to this i was not able to charge my mobile and did not use my mobile.

I came back to india on 5 nov and i found my number not in service. I have contacted nodal officer and they said that i did not use my mobile for 3 months, due to this my mobile is deleted from system.

I feel so surprise by this statment, i did nt use my mobile for 84 days so 3 months rule can not be apply on my case. Also my validity was till 2012 and i am using this number from last 5 years.

I dont see any reason to disconnect my number. I feel so helpless and looks like there is nobody in Airtel to look after for the customers problems.
