My name is Kishore. My outgoing calls have been barred 3 days ago. Some of the customer care person suggest me to submitted the documents once again. I have submitted the documents once again immediately. after 3 days when i called to customer care, they are just escaping telling that documents have not recieve. Negligence is clearly seen in Airtel people and executives, They just come with marketing skills but not satisfying the customer. Customer satisfaction is clearly not seen in Airtel as it of service industory,
Could any of executive from airtel, please take intiative and reslove my issue.
