i am a retailer of airtel in rampur up west, under distributor GARG AGENCIES . HE BARRED MY FLEXI SIM CARD WITH A BALANCE OF RS 13000 IN IT . I ALSO TALKED TO THE REGIONAL MANAGER OF THE AREA, BUT HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS TOTALLY RUDE . EVEN HE DID NOT ATTENDED THE CALLS BY ME .there was no reason with him to barred the sim.
