From being a proud customer of airtel now i became most abused and harassed cust

hi. my name is salman... my i m a old customer of u..before i was a happy customer. my old number is 08040997323

i m using airtel landline and broadband from past 8 years.i forced many of my friends to shift to airtel ..around 7-8 friends ditch BSNL for airtel broadband..

recently i happened to shift my residence from double road to Begur road.

i placed a request 2 months prior to shifting about feasibility. with in 3 days i was confirmed by airtel customer care that airtel network is available in Begur road..

while shifting my residence i placed a request to airtel to shift landline to Begur road residence. they took the request after 10 days they said ports are full so they won t be able to give me the connection.

As we were using airtel from past 8 years my dad used this number as office number too and printed on our finished products .which we manufacture .this number is with all our customers, relatives and family friends ..

now we facing serious problem as they took cancellation request for my number else i should pay monthly rentals every month without using the service. I got an idea and placed a request for getting a new connection from airtel landline..

with in 4 working days i got landline at home..

what is this ..don t u think its so bad . they were unable to shift my connection because of unavailability of ports ..but when it comes to new connection ports were available to them.. i started disliking airtel..really bad.

after getting new connection i asked airtel to at least change the number ..now i have airtel line at home i just asked them to change the new number with my 8 year old number..

airtel people told me, first that old number should get cancelled only then they would be able replace it.. they took the request on 6th of October now its 2 of December .. still they processing the request of cancellation .. because of airtel s customer care inability to solve my queries i had to face lots of problems that lead to losses.

few days back when i spoke with airtel executive on this issue.. he said that they giving my airtel number to a new customer..

after 2 days again when i called customer care..

a executive transferred my call to her higher authority..

higher authority said they already gave this number to a new customer 18 months back..he also said 24 months got over after cancellation of this number so why the hell i m calling them now. check out how much they lie..i told him to first confirm the customer details instead of telling false details. or lying

i got angry and told him that i would cancel all other numbers too. he requested me to give the cancellation request of all my number to him right then..

from being a proud customer of airtel now i became most abused and harassed customer by airtel.
